I am a husband, father, firefighter, Army veteran, and BJJ black belt. I was born and raised in Sacramento, CA and am infinitely glad that life led me back home to be close to my family and to train at the same school I did when I was a teenager. My wife, Nadia, and our four children are the most important part of my life. The best part of jiujitsu for me is now getting to share it with my children in the hope that they find it every bit as rewarding as I have.
